Join the Club
The Better Edges Skating Club is recognized by the Ice Skating Institute (ISI). The club is for skaters of all ages and abilities. We are also a non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(7).
Membership Benefits:
- Discounted ice time
- ISI Membership
- Recreational Skating - an ISI publication
- ISI Test registration and patches - You are permitted to test through the club, and
the club will submit all results to ISI. The club will also handle the purchase
of test patches.
- Permission to compete at ISI sanctioned competitions and represent the Better Edges
Skating Club
- Participation in the annual show organized by the club which includes:
- 12.5 Hours of rehearsal and coaching fees
- 2 nights of show performances
- 10 free tickets for the show
- Other club activities such as workshops and parties

The freestyle ice time is provided through PowerPlay Rinks at Exton. The rink offers the following types of sessions:

* When a skater first moves up to FS1, he/she may remain with the low ice session if necessary to
preserve coaching arrangements for the remainder of the season. However, the skater may not skate both
the high and the low ice sessions the same day. The following season, the FS1 skater will not be
permitted to use the low ice sessions.
The general ice time schedule is as follows. However, due to holidays and
special events, the ice time may vary from the general schedule. It is highly recommended that the
skater consults the club calendar.

All ice time must be paid to Power Play Rinks prior to taking the ice. Power Play cards which can be swiped before each session can be purchased from the rink.
The cost of the 2007-2008 season is $295 per skater. Please send all payments to:
